Personal Training and Group Fitness for Tennis
As a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I have created tennis specific group fitness programs and personal training to help you prepare for the upcoming tennis season and to stay healthy throughout.
Regardless of your current fitness level, I will customize a program for you to improve your movement, flexibility, strength and power and have you ready to hit the courts this season with renewed energy and enthusiasm for the game.
I will offer two Group Fitness for Tennis classes in April and May. Please see the schedule below. If your interest is in private training sessions, please contact me to schedule your first session.
These sessions are open to a mixed (women & men) group setting.
Tennis Fitness Class - Maximum 8 participants
Mixed (Men & Women Welcome)
Dates: April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 11 & 18th
Saturday 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Class Description - This group session is for the tennis player that wants to improve their overall fitness for tennis. We will begin with assessing and improving your stability and mobility and progress to improve your on court movement, speed and power. We will use a combination of footwork drills, body weight exercises, resistance band & medicine balls. Bring your racquet and be ready for a workout but don’t expect to hit balls.
All group and private training will held be at Dalton Ranch Golf Club. Group Fitness Classes will be held on the tennis courts. Private training can be held on the tennis courts, in the fitness center, or a combination of both, based on your individual needs.
